  This studio is the antithesis of hot yoga. Most classes have a lovely peaceful feel. If you are attracted to Yoga for your inner mind as well as for a wonderful work out this is the place to come. Particularly recommend it if you have an injury or suffer with some chronic joint issue. The instructors will take time to address your limitations. They have great alternatives if pigeon pose is something that is just for the birds.
